Lorraine Daley

Lorraine Daley is an energy healer, Reiki Master, spiritual guide, and author. She helps people release anxiety, emotional blocks, and limiting beliefs so they can live a happier, healthier life. 

With a background in psychology and decades of personal healing experience, Lorraine blends somatic techniques, breathwork, prayer, and spiritual insight to support deep, lasting transformation.

After many years of running a successful photography studio in Philadelphia, Lorraine followed an inner call to move to a different culture. She now lives with her husband and daughter in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.  She offers healing sessions in-person and remote, teaches workshops, and continues to write about the intersection of healing, spirit, and emotional freedom.

Lorraine’s approach is grounded and intuitive, meeting people where they are while guiding them toward a life of greater peace, clarity, and purpose.
